Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Information Technology (IT) Intern to join the KPPF ICT team. The IT Intern will support our in-house IT department in providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and configuring hardware and software. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist with the implementation of new technologies, and provide support to KPPF staff.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelors Degree or an equivalent in bachelor of science (information and communication technology)
from accredited and recognized institution.

Bachelors Degree or an equivalent in bachelor of science (computer science)
from accredited and recognized institution.
- Basic technical skills and aptitude to learn technology to support ICT users
- Knowledge of computer systems and software (Certification in Microsoft Business Central will be an added advantage)
- Knowledge of network and system security (CISCO Certification)
- Familiarity with hardware and software installation
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
